Reading Blahs.

I'm in a reading funk. I don't want to read. Shocking huh? This has never happened to me. What I think put me in this funk was reading the KMM series and the Bridgerton series back to back. No break in between.

I overdosed on reading. I didn't think it was possible. I forced myself to finish Don't Tell by Karen Rose. Not that it was bad, I just wasn't in the mood to the read it.

I pulled out my feel good books in hopes that they'd get me back into a reading mood. I have 3 of them. The Princess Bride by William Goldman, The Wedding by Julie Garwood and my newest addition, As Always, Jack by Emma Sweeney.

Reading these books always puts me in a warm fuzzy mood. There's Something about these 3 that just... comfort me. I can't explain it.

So what are your comfort books? Books that you turn to to lift your spirits or get you back into a reading mood?

PS: I'm reading As Always, Jack. Sigh....
